      whoa, thats so cool! I would get scared of one of my hands slipping. I wonder if he is ok after what happened at the end. Was that guy you modis?

      used to do this a bit, with my friends, not as good though. He's moved more into breakdancing, while I just gave it up for university. He can backflip/forward flip now... maybe I should have kept at it.

      i just don't see where it's possible to do the stuff, you have got to be so strong! i actually have been running and weight training more than usual lately! i'm getting so ready for these next 3 sports seasons!!!

      Huge fan of Le Parkour!

      Anyone remember the beginning of Casino Royale? The black guy James bond is chasing was hired for that portion of the flick b/c of his parkour and stunt skills.

      I remember one group of "ninja" type guys... I think they go by Team Ryoko.... youtube 'em.

      there are actually a couple of movies that have parkour in them called. B-13(District 13) and its sequel. They were made in France I believe.

      Yeah was District 13: Ultimatum ever released in theaters? They advertised it on my TV saying rent it now in FiOS on demand before its in theaters but then i never saw it come out. Looked sick... And you say there is a sequel?

      Theres one of Team Ryouko or whatever at a beach and theres a really sweet on eof them in a gym doing stuff. I find the "suicide spins" to be interesting. (horizontal barrel roll)
